Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Crookwell Country Bunches is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Crookwell Country Bunches will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.
Normal delivery hours for Crookwell Country Bunches are between 9am and 5pm Mon-9-12noon Sat.
Crookwell Country Bunches offers same day delivery for orders for Town only submitted before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday, and by 11 am AEST Saturdays
Crookwell Country Bunches cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for out skirts of Crookwell.
We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
Any complaints need to be made within 48 hours of delivery to warrant a refund or replacing of flowers. The Flowers must be returned to the Crookwell Country Bunches within 48 hours for the Florist to witness the condition of the flowers.
